Imagine You Had The Tools to Teach Every Child How To Read

At AIM, we saw a critical gap: essential literacy research wasn't reaching classrooms, hindering children's progress in reading, spelling, and writing. Our mission is to bridge this gap by empowering educators with the knowledge and tools they need through comprehensive, evidence-based training. By collaborating with top researchers and educators, we create professional learning opportunities for everyone—from paraeducators to principals—enabling us all to transform lives through literacy.

AIM PathwaysTM is a unique, interactive digital teacher training platform designed to deliver research and evidence-based content in the science of reading. AIM Pathways courses are created by educators in collaboration with top researchers. Our course work puts diagnostic and prescriptive tools at your fingertips with on-demand, mobile-friendly access and expert coaching support. Courses provide unique research-driven, IDA-accredited content that can transform instructional practice as well as literacy training specifically for school leaders. "The Pathways to Proficient Reading: Secondary course is by far one of the best online or even in-person courses I have ever taken in my 25 years since becoming a teacher. It is affirming and inspiring to know there are educational institutions out there doing this level of synthesis of research and best practice. -Dr. Fumiko Hoeft, University of Connecticut

"I learned so much in Module 1.  I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I was thinking little videos here and there. I’ve enjoyed the learning!!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s!"

-Elementary Educator, Maine

"VCoP 6 was huge in the Science of Reading for me because I handle so much data with my dyslexic students. The quick guide/flowcharts are a go-to and have made my life so much simpler. This has definitely been an eye opening course that I have learned so much from. I am looking forward to seeing the growth in my students now that I have a better understanding of how reading works on a scientific level."
